EVERY PERSON USING THE FACILITIES MUST COMPLETE THE BOISE PEAK FITNESS LIABILITY WAIVER

For participants under the age of 18, their parent or a legal guardian must sign the waiver.  If the participant is NOT accompanied by their parent at the time they turn in the waiver to Boise Peak Fitness, we could ask that the parent call the gym to verify that they have indeed signed the waiver (we want to be sure that all minors climbing at BPF have their parents approval - this for every ones protection).
